Honestly Marvel is so brave for making Infinity War a romance movie, watching Thor be romanced by so many eligible bachelors while finding himself in the process was truly touching. The real question though is who will Thor choose in Infinity War 2?
Bruce, the sweet scientist who he was swept up with in a whirlwind of romance and adventure on another world?
Steve, the humble fighter who has chemistry with him both on and off the battlefield?
Or will he choose Drax, the wildcard who knows how to appreciate a man like the God of Thunder he is?
god in ragnarok when thor walks into the red wall and gets zapped, after hulk laughs at him he says “thor Home”. he really expects thor to stay and to have a home with him. he expects thor to stay there while he trains and fights and wins, and to kiss him at the door when he comes home from another victory.
thinking about how the hulk is misinterpreted as an ableist metaphor for mental illness when he’s actually an excellent example of it because even though he’s irrational and confused, his main instinct is to protect bruce, since he only comes out when bruce feels threatened or tries to hurt himself and he genuinely thinks that he’s doing the right thing even though he’s misguided…and our mental illnesses might be painful, but that part of our brain at the end of the day is doing what it thinks it has to in order to protect us
